Acclaimed actress Seela Sella brings to life texts that speak of love enduring beyond death and the profound comfort of becoming one with nature. Soprano Pia Freund and pianist Kristian Attila create a rich musical landscape through vocal and instrumental works, while award-winning author Sirpa Kähkönen accompanies the audience across time, deepening and illuminating the themes explored throughout the performance.

The script is based on Kähkönen's novels Memory Grass (Muistoruoho, 2019) and The Green Room (Vihreä sali, 2021). The performance also features musical settings by Kristian Attila of Kähkönen's poem Look at the Trees (Katsokaa puita) and If Grief Could Smoke (Jos suru savuaisi) by Eeva-Liisa Manner.

Blending literature, music, and spoken word, The Green Room Resonates is a poetic meditation on shared human experiences: childhood, nature, loss, memory, and renewal. Trees and human destinies intertwine as music opens gateways into the timeless halls of the forest.
