The musicians have developed their own distinctive interpretations of Heikki Sarmanto's celebrated song settings of Leino's poetry, specially arranged for voice, cello, and piano. The programme also features acclaimed Finnish composer Olli Virtaperko's solo cello works Kanto and Forest and Dream (Metsä ja uni), whose evocative soundscapes deepen the emotional resonance of the evening.

Acclaimed actress Seela Sella brings Leino's poetry and prose to life through spoken word, guiding audiences through themes of nature, humanity, freedom, and the eternal cycle of life.
